Rachel has done two jobs for me. There will be more. She photographed my wedding and was unobtrusive and captured every moment. Wedding pictures really should capture the personality of the people involved and reflect the celebratory mood of the event. Rachel did all that. She also photographed my students in their high school production of Noel Coward’s Blithe Spirit. Again, she just nailed it. Her backstage photos are some of the best I have seen. I have been a part of other productions she has shot, and well, the pictures speak for themselves. Right every time.
Amber Peters is the mom of about 300-500 young dancers I photograph every spring and winter. The photos are taken for free, clients only purchase prints from my site if they are happy with the photos. Peters has been a client since one of the first shoots I did with the City of Thornton. After her most recent order, she left me this message.
I received my order and as always, how beautiful and wonderful they look. I wanted to thank you so so much for the pictures that you had included in there I think you so much and you always have my business .
Sincerely, a happy dance mom

I just wanted to make a point to tell you how much I enjoyed your photo work for the Evergreen Players show, All My Sons.
Your ability to capture the moments of the show including acting choices, lighting design, and scene composition were among the best theatre photos I have ever seen.

Rachel is the go-to for theatrical photography in the Denver area. Whether for headshots or stage productions, her use of light and angles bring her subjects to life in exquisite detail and beauty. Rachel’s natural charisma puts even the most camera-shy actor at ease during the very unnatural act of a personal photo shoot. And her firsthand knowledge of stage productions ensures that she captures the essence of every show, every scene, from set to principals to supporting cast. For a professional process and amazing finished product, there’s none better.
